Terms and Contitions
1. Bookings are accepted on the first come, first served basis.
2. Places are limited to reasonable numbers.
3. The Southend Summer School for Performing Arts is neither responsible for, nor can accept liability for, damage to or loss of any property belonging to any person or organisation at the school.
4. Individuals are responsible for the cost of repairs necessitated by any damage they cause to equipment or property.
5. The Southend Summer School for Performing Arts cannot take responsibility for damage or injury to persons.
6. Southend Summer School for Performing Arts reserves the right to change programmes if necessary at any time.
7. Southend Summer School for Performing Arts reserves the right to terminate any bookings by individuals failing to meet these conditions.
